We stayed home at Christmas time this year so Anita and Raj won’t miss too many swim practices. I did not send out a single card due to lack of photo and I was ill-prepared.
I finally clicked the right place and got to read a very meaningful poem that came with your post. I will share it with my friends at work.
Wishing you and Joe a very healthy year.
    Love from all of us,

Blessings of Dhammic awakening for all things, sentient and non-sentient, in the coming year. (Funny how we’ve only counted to the number 2012, so far, when human civilization has been around for sooooo much longer than that. A topic for another time and place….)

Thanks for posting Pierre’s Prayer for Happiness. We shared it at yesterday’s Milwaukee Buddhist Peace Fellowship’s New Year’s Day Peace Gathering. What a nice way to begin a day.

    For yesterday, today and tomorrow….
    May all beings be happy
May all beings be free from suffering
May all beings never be separated from their happiness
May all beings dwell in equanimity, free from hatred and attachment
