Other forms of meditation

The scope and depth of meditation practice is vast within Buddhism, let alone all the worlds spiritual traditions. Anapanasati (mindfulness with breathing) is our foundation practice, one we learn to bring into many aspects of daily life.

Skilful meditators usually employ supplemental practices along with their core practice. Some that we find especially useful are:
