Spring brings apple blossoms, along with flowers of many kinds. They delight the eye and nose now, and bring up fond taste memories of fruits and cider.

Some time in August more fruits may arrive, if the forces of change are favorable.

Then in the fall we’ll be picking and pressing gallons of cider with the new press that arrived a tad late last fall.
