Next step was laying the plumbing and drain tile below the floors. Roy took care of the plumbing and Kevin laid drain tile with help from Santi. This drain tile will also allow for removing any radon build up before it migrates into the building.

After the pipes were done, Jason put down insulation and the HVAC guys laid down tubing for the in-floor radiant heat.

At the same time, Roy with help from Bill, dug in the septic lines from cottage and guest house connecting into the existing system. This completed the underground work, once Bill filled up the trenches and tidied up.
