Weathering Life’s Storms

Life throws us curve balls, fast balls, knuckle balls, and softies. The recent electoral season (USA) and its aftermath, has thrown us some doozies. Yet, there are many ways that this should not be a surprise. Yet we are surprised, stunned, dismayed, and afraid, at least many of us.

I’ve been test driving responses to the questions and concerns about political and personal challenges. The other night in Eau Claire I gave an overview of practices I’ve been using, informed by decades of Dhamma study-practice and more recent lessons in trauma healing.
