Daily Schedule of Practice
We recommend the following activities
- four good, solid sitting sessions (45 mins or more) -- before breakfast, morning, afternoon, and after supper (of course, you may find more than this worthwhile)
- a couple of long walks, relaxed, goal-less, mindful, observant
- a daily theme for reflection and observation, perhaps some reading, journaling, and conversation (a theme may be repeated the next day or a new theme chosen)
- qigong or yoga-asana
- meals and personal up-keep
- an hour (or more) of mindful work in garden, on grounds, or whatever is currently needed
Organize each day to include such activities and practices, adjusting to your own needs and abilities.
